Israel struggles in the Promised Land. Often violent and war-filled, the people are led by flawed leaders, but God doesn’t forget his promise of deliverance. First he gets Israel’s attention, and ultimately brings the peace of his presence.

Wandering - The wilderness is a place of preparation. The wilderness is where God gathers his people together in order to deliver them from slavery or bondage, and where God equips people like Moses, Jesus and Paul.

Mt. Sinai and Law: The purpose of God’s Law and the covenant given to God’s people at Mt. Sinai. Exodus is the story of how God delivers the Israelites from slavery to Pharoah. He delivers us from slavery to sin. God is waiting on you. Take the initiative to draw closer.
