A: God created us male and female in his own image to know him, love him, live with him, and glorify him. And it is right that we who were created by God should live to his glory.

This week, we’ll be taking a look at Ephesians 3:1-13 and looking at the mystery of God. As I’ve shared before, I love reading mysteries, with Sherlock Holmes being my personal favorite! But in the New Testament, it has a slightly different meaning than the mystery books I enjoyed reading growing up. This week we’ll be studying Ephesians 2:11-22 where we’ll see the new people that are made from those who are “in Christ.” Where we are so often tempted to look for ways to distinguish ourselves from others, Jesus levels the playing field and creates a new humanity where He is the head and we can now have lasting peace.
