Southern Cross Gold (ASX: SXG) managing director Michael Hudson joins Small Caps to discuss the company's continued drilling success at the 100%-owned Sunday Creek Project in Victoria.

Southern Cross Gold has described Sunday Creek as one of the world's most exciting and high-grade recent gold discoveries after identifying wide zones of the precious metal in its latest drilling results.

The most recent assays identified nine intersections at over 15 grams per tonne gold, as the company continues to expand the project's down dip potential.

Southern Cross Gold has four rigs active in the project area, with a further 15,000m of drilling to conduct in its 2023 program.
