Through the scripture, pastor Brad points out 3 critical points to remember: Jesus calls out hypocritical judging; for the truly repentant heart, Jesus forgives sin and removes condemnation and Jesus commands believers to "sin no more".

It is not certainly not a stretch to say the ministry of Jesus Christ was controversial. And through the noise and controversy, Jesus was still able to speak the gospel to a hurting world in a very clear and concise way. A great example is found in John chapter 7.

There is no doubt about it. Sometimes Jesus spoke hard words to his followers and to the people of Israel. Hard to understand, hard to commit to, hard to fathom. But the truth is that true life only comes by the Spirit through the words of Christ. And the true life results in a changed life. Have you been joined to Christ's life through the Spirit?
