Much of our lives are filled with distractions and busyness, even the good thing that fill our days; but Jesus has set for us the good portion and the one thing necessary is not to miss out on is the soul satisfying Word of God set before us to enjoy God.

Salvation on our own by our own works, on our own terms is impossible; only Jesus has perfectly obeyed the law.

Our victory over sin and evil has been won by Jesus Christ through His death and resurrection as He has defeated all our enemies; therefore let us see the reality of life, the necessity of faith, and be grounded in truth.
