    If you were a kid growing up in the 70s and 80s you had one existential threat that we all had to prepare for whenever we left the house or whenever we left the sure-footed concrete pavement.
    It was the threat that nearly every TV show and every other movie would eventually put on horrific display as a warning that all of us needed to protect ourselves and prepare our friends for:
    Quicksand.
    Truth be told, quicksand was no real or substantial threat to any of us. Yes, there are some goopy “jelly sands” in California and there are clay-laden river banks and swamps throughout the United States that you could lose a shoe in but there is no real or ever-present threat of being slowly sucked into the death vortex of quicksand.
    We lived in hyper-reality believing that what we saw on TV would be a real threat to us in the real world. As kids, we spent hours planning our escape from quicksand. And what was a dramatic “plot twist” device from TV became reality in our minds.

  • What is Justice Anyway? | Public Occurrences, Ep. 49
    It appears that the entire nation, for one reason or another, is focused on the trial brought by the thoroughly woke State of Wisconsin surrounding Kyle Rittenhouse for the deaths of Anthony Huber, Joseph Rosenbaum and the shooting of Gaige Grosskreutz.
    At the same time, DHS Secretary Mayorkas has stated, "Justice is our priority. That includes securing our border and providing relief to those [migrants] who qualify for it under our laws." In other words, DHS Secretary Mayorkas was telling the Senate committee that Americans should not have a secure border until they also provide justice for migrants.
    This whole discussion of what "justice" means to the Biden Administration is vitally important for everyone to understand. Is there a different "justice" for those considered oppressed by the Biden Administration as opposed to those of us that they have placed in an “oppressor” category? If so, are there two systems of justice in the United States?
    The answer to this question is that the only "justice" that is of any concern to the Biden Administration is "social justice." A Marxist-inspired “justice” that is applied to collective groups in the midst of a massive revolution that is being waged in the United States.

  • Accelerate the Contradictions | Public Occurrences, Ep. 45
    Every facet of your life, your culture, your nation, and your faith is under attack from those that will always find some sort of “contradiction” in your understanding of your beliefs or what makes up “normality.”
    This strategy of “accelerating the contradictions” was used effectively by Marxist Revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, who stated in his work, The Heritage We Renounce,
    “The “disciple” of dialectical materialism believes in the present course of social development, because he sees the only earnest hope of a better future in the full development of these contradictions. The first and last trends therefore strive to support, accelerate, facilitate development along the present path, to remove all obstacles which hamper this development and retard it.”
    If you love movies: all of the old movies you loved must be cancelled and a new movie with the same theme, like The Lord of The Rings, must now follow strict diversity, inclusion and equity codes.
    If you love your church: your denomination was probably responsible for some act of discrimination in the past and now your church must be focused on critical social justice.
    If you love your nation: you must only focus on the 1619 Project and hate the Founding Fathers - no love of country or of liberty allowed.
    In every case, the Marxist concept of “accelerating the contradictions” is applied to the way civilization was to prepare for the way civilization will be - a communofascist utopia controlled by ESG scores and the diversity police.
    These radical contradictions are applied to all facets of life: education, history, entertainment, sports, church, and even normal male and female relations.
    We must end this encroachment on our liberties and on our national conscience. The strategy to end this insanity begins with us.

    Today the concern over the supply chain issues in the United States is at a fever pitch.
    For the Biden administration, the response in regards to the “why” of supply chain issues begins and ends with Covid.
    And of course, truthfully said, Covid is being used as the precipitating factor to blame all supply chain issues and problems related to the sourcing, shipping, receiving and delivery of those goods to your local stores or to online retailers.
    So, in essence, the Covid is the scapegoat for nearly every totalitarian effort that has been sprung upon liberal democracies across the globe.
    The challenge to supply issues for the United States in terms of the supply of daily goods, pharmaceuticals, electronics and other items begins at their source: China.
    The United States has given the production of these goods to companies and organizations that are ultimately under the control of the Chinese Communist Party.
    Some of those physical goods that have been given over to China over the past 20 years are Christian Bibles, books, and other educational materials.
    Was this a wise direction for Christian Publishers to take? Michael O’Fallon explores this important topic.
