  • Ep. 142 - Know Your Enemy: Identity Coaching System (preview)
On this episode I share a snippet of a system I've been working for my Identity Coaching (Life coach) program. This system is designed for those who recognize they need reliable means of cultivating a healthy and correct personal identity. This is designed for the Black/African/African-American/West Indian/Afro-Latinx/Native/Indigenous person that feels that they have been and/or presently are victims of Racism/White Supremacy. I strongly believe that no person in this world is who they should be, due to presence of global White Supremacy. As it pertains to those that are classified as “Black” in the United States, we struggle with our identity in many ways due to the nature of our relationship to the Europeans because of the transatlantic slave trade and/or the reclassification of indigenous folks as black during colonization.
In our education system, most of what we have been taught about our history and our identity has been carefully crafted and curated by our enemy. Whether we would like to admit it or not, we have been directly and indirectly affected in many ways. This system is designed to equip us with knowledge that will help us to understand what White Supremacy is, how it came to be, how it works, and how it presently shapes our identity. Once we take inventory of how we have been shaped and molded by this system, we can then take steps to rid ourselves of that psychological poison. After we rid ourselves of the poison, we have a clean slate to build a healthy and correct identity.
From the book, “The Art of War”
“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” - Sun Tzu

  • Drake: Scorpion Mentality (Ep. 137)
On this episode I expound upon statements Drake made in his Rap Radar Podcast interview. These statements showcase the type mentality Drake has as it pertains to his business and artistry. I call this the Scorpion Mentality. Drake lets us know that talent is not enough and that we must have a strong belief in achieving our goals. We must obsess over our desired outcomes, it's not going to fall in our lap. We must lean into our identity/personality and never let be seen as a hindrance to our success. Lastly, we should he highly aware of our emotions and rather than run from negativity, keep that energy in our arsenal and channel it into other activities, using it to our benefit... Let's move beyond motivation and let's tap into YOUniversal Activation!

On this episode I review a series of tweets lead to a discussion on how we value our talent and believe (or not believe) in our ability to monetize. • Write Supremacy - A Tyler Perry Film (Ep. 135)
On this episode I discuss a viral tweet that from black twitter that pertained to an IG vid Tyler Perry made where he showed all the scripts he wrote by himself in 2019. The tweet mentioned the fact that Tyler fired writers in the past because they sought union representation. The tweet accused him to have been known to not follow union rules. The tweet goes on to say, "part of the reason he's the sole writer on his projects is because he's not tryna pay other writers for their work. But, you know, "Black Excellence." In a matter of 36 hours this tweet received 40,000 likes and 10,000 retweets. The twitterverse weighed in on the matter and there was a lot of negativity directed at Tyler.
