Sometimes it helps my PTSD when I go for a hike when things spiral out of control. So I went to Rancho San Antonio near Los Altos. Its a good place to hike for us oldies, it's not to hard! There were plenty of dear and even heard a coyote on the way out!

Hope was a friend that was killed while we were in University. I also talk about how her death relates to my mom's death many decades later. I then relate them to my PTSD a little bit.
