In today’s episode, we finish up on our series on what biblical leadership should look like. We defined several more terms from the original Greek, and then we talked about what that means for the ministry. As you have already noticed from the first 2 episodes, this is a pretty explosive topic! There are many varying beliefs regarding what the role of a minister is, how much authority he has, and what his job requirements are, and we try to nail those things down, once and for all! Even though this topic is shrouded in controversy, we believe these episodes are very needful, especially considering some of the things that are going on within the church today.
