In her Wellness Sessions she employs a combination of techniques such as Assisted stretch with myofascial release, Yoga, Pilates, Somatics, and Fascia tools, to mention a few. Her classes are safe for Prenatal & postpartum moms and Seniors. Pamela is an experienced Yoga, Pilates, & Fitness teacher. She has her Bachelor of Arts In Dance which offers a unique lens on holistic healing & she is currently obtaining her prenatal yoga teacher certification.
