Hello! It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing that this will be the last upload for the podcast. It's been a fun journey that I really didn't expect to go on. Recording these episodes have definitely helped me sort out some thoughts and hopefully they have provided some value to you as well. Thank you for sharing this space and time on Earth with us. Have an amazing life :) 

I feel like you can tell who's creating the titles and writing the descriptions. Some of mine are kind of out there but they're really facts. Anyway, we all like to keep the peace when things are going okay. Nobody really likes conflict that much. Right...? Joined by Tong today, we talk about confrontation in various different scenarios. Life is full of confrontation. We should embrace it. 

We also had to cut this one short. Honestly, really no excuses on our part. We're not the best hosts. :(

You've heard that humans are social creatures. We all need friends and social interaction to feel like we are living a good life. Sometimes we rely too much on social approval for our own self esteem and when that approval is jeopardized, we feel insecure. Our social skills can make or break our experiences with people and ultimately, with life. Love others and let them love you.

If you know someone who doesn't struggle with confidence, please tell us how you found a unicorn. Having more confidence seems like a good thing but what does it mean exactly? I talk about what confidence looks like and how I think we can achieve it. It seems like having more it would make all our lives that much better. Let's all carry our very beings with confidence and live life as though we're important. Because we are. :)
