Who are the voices in your head and what are they doing in there? For many of us, they chatter constantly and affect our thought process in profound ways. Some of us, however, can just shut those thoughts away and focus on the task at hand or even just live in the moment without thinking about it. We talk meditation, daily routine, and thought trains! Join us and our special guest, Cathy! Follow us @spacepiratespodcast on Instagram. We love you :)
We all have talked behind someone's back or have been talked about behind our own backs but, that doesn't mean that it's a bad thing. A lot of the time, your friends are trying to save you from their petty gripes or hurting your feelings with something out of your control. Or... you'll have a friend like Kevin that will just tell you directly how he feels. Either way, we can't all agree on everything, and finding your stance on how you feel about this topic is up to you. We wish you luck on your journey and hope that you find this episode of some help. This episode will also be available in video soon so stay tuned for that! We love you :)
Join us as we judge the way we judge! This episode was very interesting and definitely made me think a lot more than I was anticipating. We hope it inspires you to think about your stance on judgment too! Follow us @spacepiratespodcast on Instagram :)
Hello fellow Space Pirates! In today's episode, we dive deep into our views of life and how we each personally view our day-to-day lives. Fear is a potential cause for all of our decision-making. Perhaps our personal philosophies are just there to help us cope with the fact that we are perpetually fearful as animals. Nonetheless, we discuss our mortality and how we would navigate different scenarios based on how we view the world and the potential flaws in our logic. Join us in our discussion by following us on Instagram @spacepiratespodcast and let us know your personal philosophy in life and how you use it to navigate the space around you. We love you :)
Stress is all around us and affects us all individually in different ways. Whether it's just making breakfast in the morning or a big project coming up, stress can get into our little brain of ours and makes us think some crazy stuff. We discuss stress and how it affects us personally and how we deal with stress on a daily basis. One of us lost our damn eyebrows because of the inability to deal with stress effectively. Stay aware! Love yourself because we love you :)
We find responsibility in different ways and, a lot of the time, those responsibilities define how we act in this world. Kevin takes on a more external viewpoint of this world, while Aaron takes a more internal one. Join us in our discussion about the balance between these two takes on life and how it can bring us meaning and happiness in life.

Today's topic isssss.... GUILT! Guilt is surprisingly prevalent in our everyday lives and is a subconscious motivational factor for both me and Kevin. It motivates me to get up in the morning sometimes and it even gets me to be productive. On the other hand, it drags me down sometimes and makes me overthink my literal existence HAHA. We hope you enjoy this episode :) follow us @spacepiratespodcast on Instagram!
