Spaghetti Money gets $200 Million in 12 hours!

They are the latest meme token in the new craze of DeFi yield farming. They offer staking pools in several tokens like yEarn (YFI), Maker (MKR), and Compound (COMP). It's a deflationary token with no elastic supply, unlike YAM which went up in flames last week.

Meanwhile YAM v2 and v3 and already in the works, as well as a plethora of other meme tokens for yield farming that also have emojis for logos: Ham, Shrimp, Taco, and the strange beast that is Based.

Like many of these projects, Spaghetti's team is anonymous and the code hasn't been audited, so whether it ends up in ruins like YAM remains to be seen, but it currently has a lot of momentum.

USPS patent for Blockchain Voting goes public.

Voter would receive basically a QR code in the mail, which would give them access to a voting system online. The system would separate identification and vote to ensure anonymity, and would store votes on the blockchain. The idea is that the blockchain would exist on computers all over the world, but it's unclear whether it would be a public blockchain, or a private blockchain (which would just be akin to an expensive database).

Computer scientist David Jefferson says "the whole thing strikes me as a quick attempt to grab a big swath of patent rights rather than to actually invent anything original."
