If you're struggling with your social mediaI want to challenge you today to think about what could be the missing ingredient. Social media requires content for growth. Yes, it’s great to share content from your community. However, if you're not sharing your own original content and information your audience won’t get the opportunity to know you, or connect with your brand. This isn't about making everything all about you. Instead, it's about your followers connecting with you on a deeper level. And while I'm not necessarily advocating for an immediate ramping up of blogging or podcasting, I am encouraging you to create new content of some kind to share weekly or twice a month. This way your audience can get to know YOU a little better, learn about the successes you’ve had with clients, how you plan to change the world, and ultimately why your brand is worth following.
