Emotions are like muscles, if we are not used to feeling some them, our ability to make use/experience them weakens. Everyone has more dominant and weaker emotions. However, just because we are more comfortable with certain emotions doesn't make them functional for us to be at peace. It is important that we work towards feeling our whole emotional spectrum, without fearing or judging it, as it is an essential part of our human experience.
