We'd love to hear what you think!
On this week's episode, we have part two of my conversation with sweet mama-to-be, Mary. Listen in for some juicy tidbits on parenting, breaking patterns, setting down limiting beliefs, and chasing dreams.
Here are the key takeaways:
1. Examine the patterns you're perpetuating in different areas of your life, whether it be in parenting or just rules that you live by. Are there any that no longer serve you that you can set down?
2. Our little ones are so magical with a beautiful view on the world. They can bring us so much wisdom if we're just open to receiving it.
3. When it comes to babies, don't take it personally. You're learning each other's patterns and preferences and that takes time. Give yourself grace.
4. I think we know it, but it bears repeating: Remote work is peak working mom goals. Life feels much easier with the flexibility of being at home when you have little ones for all of those unexpected daycare interruptions.
5. Who told you you couldn't do what you wanted to do or be who you wanted to be? If there's something you want to do, get after it. Set down the perfectionism and do it messy.
