SPEAK UP AND STAY ALIVE PATIENT SAFETY RADIO episodes

  • A Look Back at Some Relevant Patient Safety Issues
As I continue to move forward within the patient safety space – I often look back at the decade I spent with my mom during her healthcare and hospital journey. As her daily advocate, I witnessed some encounters that read like fiction. Today as I recall events, I realize that not much has changed. I share only in hopes that you take heed and stay safe. Remember – you have to speak up and stay alive.
