Hi Speak Up listeners! We’re back with Part 2 with Yoga ft. Dr. Joyce Fu starting off with a short meditation and chatting about all things yoga filmed on International Yoga Day! For a while now, I’ve been wanting to include some meditation in my episodes and I’m thankful Dr. Joyce was able to guide one for us in this episode.
We also chat about why she became a yoga teacher, challenges with teaching yoga online, and how yoga ties in with mental health. Thank you Joyce for coming back on the podcast and chatting more about your expertise in yoga. I've been attended her online classes for months now and I always feel reborn and grounded.

Erika (@lalalaerika) is an author, podcast, and event producer. Her book "Speak Up is a collection of creative, non-fiction, short stories where she should have spoken up but didn't. Erika continues these vulnerable conversations on her podcast, Speak Up Erika (@speakuperika).

Hi friends! This week's episode is with Dr. Joyce Fu, a doctor, chiropractor and yoga teacher. Joyce shares how our physical health is connected to our mental health, how moving releases hormones that make us feel better, and how physical therapy works.
We forget how much of our physical health is tied to how we feel mentally. Our body is all connected and we can't neglect taking care of ourselves mentally as much as physically. Thank you so much Joyce for being a guest on the podcast. Look out for Part 2 as we chat about Yoga!
