Speak up

This episode is mostly about breakups also I talk a little bit about losing a friend too. It is natural to mourn who you lost but it can also sometimes create new opportunities. Stigmas have been around forever and have been affecting everyone forever. Society needs love not hate and stigmas only make it harder for everyone.

Everyone works everyday even if its just a mini task or being a accountant, everyone gets burnt out easily. Our health should always come first and that doesn't make it selfish. Work is tough but people are stronger!Speak up‼ Take care of yourself guys,love you all.

As you can tell I was literally having anxiety recording this episode. Anxiety is different to everyone. People have anxiety texting and talking to people in person. There's no similie or metaphor for anxiety because everyone has different fears. I won't tell you to see a doctor if you have any symptoms tho its your life!I love you guys take care <3

Everyone gets angry and I always say the wrong things to people when I'm angry but a lot of the world is filled with anger so that's why I remind you forgiveness is the most important thing!I'm not telling you to forgive a wicked man or just to "get over it". I'm saying anger will kill you just like drugs it gets to the best of us. Take care all,I love you guys!
