Texas sued the Biden administration Tuesday for the federal government’s practice of cutting wire placed along the border by state authorities. According to the lawsuit, federal agents have implemented a policy of destroying Texas’ wire to “encourage and assist thousands of aliens to illegally cross the Rio Grande and enter Texas.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams told migrants that they are unable to house any more people. Adams was planning to put migrants into new tent shelters because NYC was “out of room.”
