In part two of their special 2020 election week episodes, the fellas break down the Texas elections from president to U.S. Congress to the state and local elections as they go over the Texas ballot race by race. They also lament the state of politics, talk about putting third party aspirations on hold and what the Democrats and Republicans will have do if a post-Trump era comes to pass.
GET OUT AND VOTE,
It's Election Special Week in the Week-Ended Take Extended Universe and starting off the coverage, the fellas break down former Auburn football coach Tommy Tuberville's sudden rise to political power in the state of Alabama, as he runs for senator against current Alabama Democratic junior senator Doug Jones. They discuss everything from Tuberville's policies or lack thereof to why he's leading in the polls to Jones' attempt to bite into his football coaching resume. Why do sports figures and celebrities make such ready-made political candidates? What would a Tuberville win mean for the country and Alabama?
In this week's episode, Tre Blanco and Daniel break down the Dallas Cowboys win over the New York Giants, preview next week's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, talk about potential additions and other changes and finally discuss the Cowboys losing Dak Prescott for the season due to a gruesome injury before Daniel fiercely grills up Jerry Jones over the Dak Prescott contract/injury situation.
And D.R. is placed back in timeout by the episode's end.

Finally, an odd choice for an intro leads to one of the funnier outros in Week-Ended Take history when D.R. fumbles the closing. Don't forget Terrell Huff's First Take. Enjoy!
Tre Blanco brings the fire flames early by starting the podcast off immediately with "The Grill" and that steak is completely well done (1:45) but two failed predictions and another Dallas Cowboys loss later, Blanco and Davidson are still searching for answers with what ails their beloved team by studying the week four loss to the Cleveland Browns (9:14), looking ahead to week five's matchup with division rival New York Giants (41:05) and taking stock up the entire putrid division currently spearheaded by the Philadelphia Eagles (51:14).

Don't forget Terrell Huff's First Take (4:17)
