ft Mariana Ovalle 

The NFL season may be over but the season produced one last controversy for the gang to tackle with a very special assist from friend-of-the-pod Mariana Ovalle. With the Super Bowl halftime show causing a stir, D.R, Daniel, Austin, and Terrell along with Mariana take a deep dive into what caused the reactions to Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's performance. 

Also, Daniel hosts for his first time and throws down his first "Is This Your King" while they also discuss the new pay standards in the WNBA and their importance to breaking down barriers. 

After the ladies killed the halftime show in part one, it was up to the men to keep the momentum going for the second half of the first-ever Week-Ended Take Live Super Bowl party. In our first-ever live episode, the gang goes bowling by covering the Super Bowl. Of course, Thespian Papi (Terrell Huff), as the only resident 49ers fan, had to spend it with his family; instead, Tre Blanco (Edd White III) took over again. Part 1 of this madness has it all. D.R. mess-ups. Daniel catchphrases and an outright coup by the ladies of the podcast (Ashley Rodriguez, Shyann Davidson, and Morgan Ned) who take over to cover the Super Bowl halftime show. 

It's a party from beginning to end with a cliffhanger conclusion. 

Thespian Papi (Terrell Huff) is out on business again while promoting the pod on Ticket 760 but the dynamic duo of Daniel Davidson and Tre Blanco (Edd White III) join Austin Brezina and D.R. Lewis to talk about the tragic death of Kobe and Gianna Bryant along with seven other passengers via helicopter crash. The gang covers the good, the bad, and the ugly about Kobe Bryant's life as they remember the NBA legend.

Some may feel the podcast went too easy on Kobe. Some may feel the podcast went too hard on Kobe. Either way, it as an honest and at times awkward conversation about a tragedy the world won't ever forget. 

While Terrell was still on daddy duties; his fill-in, Edd White III had a take so shocking that it flipped the whole show structure on its head. Instead of someone defending a movie they love, he attacked a movie, or rather movies, he hates. If you can believe it, someone out there hates the beloved ending to the Toy Story franchise. Does Edd survive such a heinous take? Well, here's a hint, even his fiance was disgusted and had to appear on the podcast.

No Austin Brezina for the second time in the shows short tenure and with no replacement in sight, Terrell and D.R. go it alone as they talk about their favorite punching bag -- the Houston Astros and their tendency to not like rules and regulations. The conversation goes about how you would expect without Austin, meaning it goes careening off a cliff into the danger zone.

ft. Daniel Davidson and Edd White

It takes two people to replace the great Thespian Papi. With Terrell Huff taking care of some family business, Daniel Davidson and Edd White (the actual third) step in to fill the void. Despite Edd making his first appearance, he doesn't get an easy first time with the guys talking about the Rooney Rule. and the lack of minority coaches in head coaching positions in the NFL. The discussion gets a little heated at times but the fun never stops either. 

It's a must-listen episode. 

It's an end of the decade extravaganza that just happens to be about a week and a half too late. But it's truly never too late to celebrate the decade that was the 2010's. So how did our troublesome trio send off the decade that was? They each made their own top-10 list of movies panned by critics and/or the general public that they love. It was a task so hard one of them failed miserably and had to redo their list on the fly.

Austin is back from his crippling sickness and just in time to talk about the unfortunate passing of former NBA commissioner David Stern. The triumphant trio recap the life of one of the NBA's most influential people and Terrell even reveals a weird connection to Stern. They manage a few laughs along the way as they remember an NBA great following his untimely death. 

Wooooooo boy. Well, first things first -- Rest Peace Uncle Phil -- this episode concludes the Daniel Davidson trilogy. With Austin Brezina out again, Mr. Davidson fills in admirably. Less admirable was D.R's defense of Amazing Spider-man 2 starring Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. He takes the wrong tactic early and everything just blows up in his face immediately. This episode is one you have to hear to believe. 

Don't bring an Andrew Garfield to a Tom Holland fight.
