  • Mary Rose Foundation
SEPT 16 - 2018 Event: September 22, 2018 at 7pm “Mary Rose is all about body positivity, loving who you are,” said Allen. “I was sick of seeing only one type of body represented in the fashion world. Mary Rose encourages all women to love and embrace their own beauty.” After starting her business in February, Julie Allen was inspired to launch the Mary Rose Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit that is dedicated to body positivity and countering negative self-image. “Eating disorder treatment saved my life, but it was a terrible financial burden on my family. I’m hoping to help people who need treatment but cannot afford it.” The fashion show will be a fun “night out” at the swanky Persimmon Country Club 500 S.E. Butler Road Gresham, OR. Tickets include a complementary beverage with cash bar, a dessert, silent auctions, and the debut of the Mary Rose Fall line! For tickets & info: https://bit.ly/2QGPahT

The coaches benched her for today's Portland's Afternoon News. But they had a little fun with it on-air anyway. Thanks for the cameo, Lars Larson!
