  • Episode #78 - Getting Our Music Together To Learn & Grow Together: An Interview With Cheryl Baker

The concept of mentoring and coaching go back hundreds of years to times where it was necessary to share information from one other, especially with a specific set of trades or skills that were being passed from generation to generation. Being able to have this insight and knowledge allowed for advances not only in civilization, but it creates opportunities in our lives to interact with one another because of the unique knowledge, skills, and abilities that we bring to others. For our guest today, Cheryl Baker demonstrates the importance of being able to pass along this information, especially in the music education field that has seen troubles as a whole in recent decades. Being able to share this knowledge through instruction is one thing, but being able to pass it along to others can create a focus that is needed in our own lives to ensure that we are sharing tips and tricks of how to get through some of the difficult moments that we may experience.

  • Episode #77 - Letting Go When It Counts The Most

This episode focuses on what is really what we strive for the most: acceptance. Aristotle said it best in which he declared that all humans are political animals (political having a different connotation by today's standards). Moving past the contemporary decision of social acceptance, we can achieve more happy, fulfilling lives IF we listen to the signs that surround us in our lives.

  • Episode #76 - Sharing Our Leadership Assets To Grow Influence: An Interview With Hector Ortiz

The ability for ourselves to grow as leaders takes a lot of persistence, commitment, and understanding a little about our own selves in order to create opportunities for self-reflection and development of our own communication and influence. Even though these aspects are important, we must find ways in our own ways to create relationships, confidence, and determination in the ways we lead others. Leadership consultant and author of positive thinking and personal/professional growth Dr. Hector Ortiz shares his unique perspectives not only on how what he shares with others about this subject, but how he has been able to create these important aspects in his own life. Being able to be a role model is only one piece of the overall sphere of influence we carry, let alone vision for our organization (both personally and professionally). We are able to grow if we are able to examine who we surround ourselves with, and nurture our own well-being.

  • Episode #72 - Holistic Healing On Our Own Research & Terms: An Interview With Adele Cole

Imagine being diagnosed as a child with a host of different types of different issues, only to find out later on in life that they were all wrong. Today's guest, Adele Cole, shares her story of how Lyme Disease, a tick-borne illness, led to a world of healthcare that eventually led to coaching clients that experience similar issues. Learn through her story how these obstacles, despite how physically, emotionally, and socially draining that they have been, led to an ultimate success story in how a whole world of clients have been able to change their lifestyles, and how she has been able to be influenced positively by those stories.

WARNING: This episode discusses suicide and depression. Although these are very heavy subject matters that require great care and attention when discussing, these subjects are pivotal to the important understanding of our guest's way of navigating through any sort of unique challenge. Consult authorities, particularly when you know someone that is going through this, to seek out assistance and help with navigating through these very difficult conversations.

    Guest Bio

Adele Cole is a registered nurse and founder of Wellness with Adele Cole, living in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, Cameron, and four children - 3 girls and 1 boy. Both her husband and Adele run separate businesses, but also homeschool and do a lot of "homesteading in suburbia", as they call it. She is also a Lyme warrior, offering holistic Lyme coaching and Zyto scanning services to help clients achieve and sustain healing goals. Adele's passion is helping others embrace and even ENJOY the healing journey, with the goal of saving time, energy, and money along the way. One main way she approaches this as a coach is by looking into how clients develop individual health resiliency to allow them to live the life of their dreams. Oftentimes, this is the life of freedom clients always wanted but thought was out of reach due to tick borne illnesses or difficult, ongoing health issues. She can help others meet those goals, one step at a time.
