It is not easy to deal with individuals that, by age, should be acting as adults, but in reality, they are still in adolescent development. The challenges of working with such people directly can vastly wreck havoc on our approach to a variety of circumstances, regardless of what purpose that we can possibly contemplate. Today’s episode examines a few types of individuals that you could face (the denier of anything is wrong, the resister of change, and the plausible denier of anything happening at all), and how these personas should not hold us back from achieving what we have already done and will continue to do in our lives. Being “the parent” is not necessarily your responsibility, but guiding these individuals positively can be a first step to changing our mindsets in addressing these types of people.

Allowing your message to flow freely means that you have to be willing to share with yourself the ability to use your voice. Regardless of whether you try to record a video, write a letter, or use the spoken word to communicate thoughts, ideas, or expressions, being able to master one of these techniques (amongst many others) can help you in your success. Finding your passion, however, is another key ingredient in being able to achieve that kind of greatness. Today's guest, Aeoliana Elliott, the founder/owner of Top Shelf Virtual Services, shares her secrets of success with connecting within the podcast industry, but more importantly, gets to the fundamental core of what it means to authentically tell your story. By being able to express yourself, you will find more than just money & fame, but success in sharing yourself with others that want to hear what you have to say at the right time.

Sometimes in life, the perfect type of opportunity presents itself when we least expect it. The perfect dream job…the perfect soulmate…the perfect house could all be examples of these kinds of opportunities. When we are a little short on resources (money, support, confidence) to fully accept what we have been presented with, it can be not only frustrating, but very challenging, to accept that this reality has been achieved. Today’s episode focuses on the “unbelievable” becoming “believable”, and how we can devise plans, and change our thought patterns, to become better prepared for life’s unexpected curveballs, which in turn, will provide dividends on our return for such amazing fortune. Showcasing our achievements should be a blessing, and not shown as a curse, to others!

Starting over is never easy in any type of context. Whether it is with a personal relationship, a business, or going through a messy situation at work, dealing with numerous different variables can be challenging if you are not prepared to address these situations in an adequate, efficient way. Imagine the difficulties of trying to take on all of these different situations at once, which can impact your physical and mental well being. Today's guest, Senthil Kumar, Founder & Owner of SEO with Senthil, challenges the stereotypical approaches of overcoming obstacles when it comes to the business realm after experiencing much hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic, but finding his renewed purpose to help business owners be discovered online. Through lessons that he shares, his remarkable story serves as a reminder that it is never too late to start over at any stage to find purpose in what you do to help others become their very best.
Guest Bio
Senthilkumar is "kind of" an obsessed entrepreneur who has been running his own businesses for the past 10 years. While running his t-shirt printing company and art studio business (which he scaled to over a million dollars in revenue using SEO), it almost ruined his health in the name of “hustle” and “temporary sacrifices”. He emptied his entire bank account when the art studio crashed during the COVID-19 pandemic and had to pay off over $100,000 in business debt as a solo founder when his team left. Today, he sold the art studio business, came out of the mess that he created, and discovered his passion of serving other purpose driven business owners who are looking to grow their business with SEO.

Being seen in this very busy world of social media, constant tasks and meetings, along with prioritizing “me” time means that we have to squeeze time in for all the important hobbies, activities, and adventures that we wish to expand upon. Time management can only carry us so far…and yet, yearning for the potential to be seen is vastly challenging in today’s world. What we do to change that is truly important, and what we do behind the scenes is just as important as what we do in front of others to be seen. Today’s episode does not just repeat a bunch of “coaching jargon”, or “recognition of what you are” as is often heard. We explore what it means to be consistent, while also “checking in” with the people who may not have seen you yet to realize & discover not only who you are, but in the process, who you are as well.

The behaviors that we learn and adapt growing up come from a variety of different sources. Whether they are from our family, friends, or others that we hold close to in our lives, their influences can dictate a number of outcomes in whether we wish to take risks, engage in challenges that we have in our lives, and so much more. When the stakes are incredibly high and you are uncertain about moving past these fears because of not experiencing what "the other side" would look like, would you be courageous enough to seek a possibility of freedom? The owner of Freedom with Valerie LLC, Valerie Rubin, joins us to discuss how to break free from the limitations that we may experience and how to create opportunities when you take charge as the chief executive officer of our lives. Through practical tips she shares, embracing the realm of possibilities that we can experience is not only attainable, but through overcoming stereotypes, can be an achievement that allows anyone to enjoy the freedom that we already have inside ourselves to become better versions of ourselves.

Starting over, especially when you have not chosen to, can be very difficult without strong assistance and help. The “voice” that we often think that we have in the process of change is overextended, feels strained, and more than likely, is not the kind of situation which we want to be involved in. Today’s episode explores the enduring question of how we can start over, but from the perspective of having a new beginning. Moving forward is normally the immediate answer that comes to mind, but it is not that simple for many different types of situation. Finding your beginning means not only your purpose, but expanding what creativity lies inside of you to expand your infinite world of possibilities.

Having an open-minded perspective that expands your horizons can shift mindsets, give different perspectives, and create vast opportunities that would of otherwise not been thought about or considered. Staying in the same geographical environment to perform the "daily grind" can be exhausting, putting us into a never-ending, vicious cycle of repetitiveness that does not fulfill or create sustainable pleasure from daily activities. However, what if you were able to take your lifestyle and become a nomad, exploring the world with vast opportunities to work from anywhere, and helping to see the world in a new perspective that challenges your beliefs and create long-lasting friendships and engagements to live, work, and play? Today's guest, Monica Mangelson, shares her digital nomad lifestyle and how it has fueled positively, scientific results, and a thirst-quenching lifestyle for freedom to work from anywhere. Through this interview, learn how to build sustaining opportunities to grow into new perspectives and lifestyles that would have otherwise been not attainable.

Often, your podcast host is asked why he is so open and vulnerable when sharing his story, and why it has been second nature to share it in various ways to deliver meaningful value. The biggest secret to ever opening up about your story is not just about being comfortable with your own story, but knowing that it deserves to be heard by others, regardless of the reaction that is received. Today’s episode is all about exploring how to get started on the path of not only feeling more comfortable being transparent, but why you can make a difference, even in one person’s life, because of sharing it.
