I make little notes through the week as I contemplate the content of the podcast.

It's normally just a word or two, enough to be a prompt, just memory joggers, obvs.

I realised on Wednesday that the first three topics I had settled on, all began with the letter ‘T’. So being both a fan of symmetry, and also just a teeny bit OCD, I had the idea that this week TFM could be brought to you in association with the letter 'T' (very Sesame Street).

Fast forward to the end of the week and it as it transpired I fell at the very next hurdle, but on reflection for all the right reasons.
