It’s another episode with the book club girls, and we’ve got a LOT to talk about!

We kick things off with some of the latest bookish news, including the latest updates on the upcoming Harry Potter reboot and the release of the special 20th-anniversary editions of the books as well as Singapore’s plan to pay people to read.

We also chat about the upcoming adaptation of The Love Hypothesis, share what we’ve been reading lately, and, of course, settle in for our book club discussion.

Things get interesting with our book club discussion of Sky Daddy by Kate Folk. What starts with a very unexpected premise sparked a much deeper conversation about mental health, loneliness, interpersonal connections, desire and the ways we seek meaning and connection in our lives.
