On this episode the Frank and Josh continue to examine the history of Palestine and the impact of the settler colonialism of Israel, and how it relates to the ongoing genocide/ ethnic cleansing we see in Gaza today

This episode covers Palestine from 1917-1950 On this episode of Special Cloth Talk the SCT boys give an ernest effort to explain The plight of the Palestinian people, and give historical context to how we arrived to where we are now. This is the first episode of our series on Palestine and hope to inform you all as much as we can. History didn’t start on October 7th, so we feel it’s important to discuss the past 100 years in effort to illustrate some understanding on what we’ve seen on a global scale, the past 7 months.

When talking about both sides

The reach for an equivalent when there is none is fundamentally dishonest. With that being said we are not subject matter experts, and encourage you to research as extensively as possible. We hope to arm you with enough knowledge to impact your daily dialogue about Palestine and the genocide they are suffering from by this Israeli far right regime heralded by Benjamin Netanyahu.

Intersectionality was coined in 1989 by professor Kimberlé Crenshaw to describe how race, class, gender, and other individual characteristics “intersect” with one another and overlap.

Intersectionality is the acknowledgement that everyone has their own unique experiences of discrimination and oppression and we must consider everything and anything that can marginalise people – gender, race, class, sexual orientation, physical ability, etc.
