In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we are building further on last week's speed endurance session with 5, 5 and then, er, 5 mins of running at HM, 10k, and 5k pace respectively, repeated in the same order all off 2 mins recovery. Game on.


Also full of chat about Venn Diagrams and the camping in the Kentish Countryside (try saying that 10 times in a row and see what happens!)
