In this edition of Talk of Champions, Ben Garrett of the Ole Miss Spirit rides solo to deep-dive into Ole Miss football opening spring practices. 

There was concern Spencer Sanders might miss time because of a shoulder injury. While limited, he's apparently 'ripping it' through two practices.

Talk of Champions covers all angles of the three-man race, including post-practice sound from Sanders, head coach Lane Kiffin and LSU transfer quarterback Walker Howard.
