C. Spike Trotman is the founder and owner of Iron Circus Comics, which has grown since 2007 to become the region's largest comics publisher. Since, 2009, with Iron Circus' first crowdfunding project on Kickstarter, Spike and Iron Circus have raised nearly 2.5 million dollars over more than 30 projects. Spike and Iron Circus have now switched gears and launched a crowdfunding campaign for The Poorcraft Cookbook. With 2 weeks left in the campaign, Spike sat down with Comic Book Yeti's Jimmy Gaspero to discuss the early days of Iron Circus, crowdfunding then and now, and the wonderful diversity of recipes in The Poorcraft Cookbook.
