Jake Berry of 956 Preps joins the show for the entire episode as we interview Harlingen High Head Coach Manny Gomez, Weslaco East's Mike Burget, and Rio Grande City Head Coach Leo Mireles.
We chat about their upcoming match-ups and what it meant to tall of them getting a district title, the first for Mike Burget as a head coach, the first for Rio Grande City since the 80s and Harlingen's first in three seasons.
Jake and ADB also discuss all the match-ups and get you ready for the Bi-District Round.

Alex Del Barrio once again sits down with Jake Berry of 956 Preps to talk about everything football in Week 11 and break down the upsets in Week 10 that saw PSJA knock off Mission and Palmview sneak past Mission Veterans.
In the final Coach's corner interview we chat with Mission Quarterbacking legend and current PSJA Bears Head Coach Lupe Rodriguez. It is week 10 in #RGVFootball and the playoff races are heating up. It is officially RIVALRY WEEK. From the Tinaco Bowl, to the Bird Bowl to Mission v. PSJA High. The match-ups are as exciting as ever.

The 4th Quarter of the Regular Season begins this week as we hit Week 8 and every team is now in district play with 16-4A Division II getting started this week.
#RGVFootball is getting more and more interesting and 956Preps' Jake Berry drops in again with Alex Del Barrio to discuss where we are at after seven weeks and discuss teams bit by the injury bug, who is in position for the playoff spots in 30-6A and which teams need to win to stay in the race for a playoff spot.
In the Coach's Corner segment ADB sits down with #TXHSFB legend and Mission High School head coach Koy Detmer. ADB and Detmer discuss his time in high school leading the 1990 Eagles to the UIL State Final Four, being a part of coaching royalty in the Detmer family, playing in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles, his infamous TD celebration and taking the reigns of his alma mater for his first head coaching job.

We have hit Week 7 of #RGVFootball and the playoff races are shaking out in some districts and for 32-6A it's the opening week of conference play. They kick it off with a bang with the annual Battle of the Arroyo at Boggus Stadium.
Jake Berry of 956Preps and ADB discuss a week that saw several teams lose key players to injury, they look at how good the La Feria Lions actually are regardless of classification and look ahead to an important week of games in several key districts.

In the coach's corner segment we chat with Pioneer head coach Tom Lee. We discuss his perseverance throughout his life and career. In the interview ADB asks Lee about moving to the Rio Grande Valley with his father who took over the reigns at Mission High, losing his father to cancer in high school, following in his coaching footsteps and battling health issues to step back on the sidelines with the Diamondbacks.

We also get into his love of the Houston Astros and what it's like having a legendary RGV Head Coach Dave Evans on his staff.

We have reached Week 4 and after several RGV teams were taken off the list of unbeatens we have a clearer picture at who the top teams in the Rio Grande Valley are in 2019.

Special Edition of Spiked! on Friday the 13th. We caught up with Dave Campbell's Texas Football Insider Matt Stepp in Harlingen as he makes his annual weekend trip to the Rio Grande Valley.

We hit the make-shift quarter pole of the Texas High School Football Season with Week Three. District 16-5A Division 1 has had its first week of district play and there are some surprises in the standings after Week Two.
