In this episode, I sit down with Lisa, the owner of Chicco Baccello to delve into the fascinating journey of this beloved neighborhood deli and coffee shop. Located in the Canonsburg and Washington areas, Chicco Baccello has been serving the community for nearly 11 years, with its Canonsburg location operating for over two and a half years.

Lisa shares the origins of the café's unique name, inspired by her partner Nancy's children, and its Italian roots. Initially envisioned as a coffee shop, Chicco Baccello evolved into a deli café, known for its delicious sandwiches made with Boar's Head meats and cheeses.
