“I’m Your Girl, You’re My Girl, We’re Your Girls” is a play on Destiny’s Child’s hit record, “Girl.” And although that song is centered around relationship woes, I have flipped the focus of those lyrics— solely on the communal relationship that we as women—develop with our girls.
On this pre-recorded episode (Recorded on February 15th, 2025) we gather around the dinner table and share our takes on the true meaning of Galentine’s Day, being content in your singleness, the misconceptions of being a single woman in today’s society, and more.

“Dear Old Teshia, Please Call Back,” is a play on Nicki Minaj’s hit, “Dear Old Nicki.” And in the same way Nicki uses the tune to reflect on her past self (a tale of self reflection/discovery) this episode takes that same approach.
This backdated episode (pre-recorded on September 7th, 2024) was centered around celebrating 50 years of “life, lessons, and leaps”—for the lady of honor—Teshia!
*Inserts “Happy Birthday Teshia! We love you 😘”
This episode is filled with love, learning (and a few laughs) with the ladies, as we dive into a few existential questions, such as, what would you go back and tell your younger self, advice for the younger women in the room (or the young listeners), and more.

This is the final installment, Part IV of "It's Not You, It's ME!"
In Lieu of this past Mental Health Awareness Month (this past May), my brother and I dive into what it's like living with depression and anxiety (after all, sometimes it takes a depressive person to identify another depressive person). We get into the obvious (and not so obvious) signs of depression and anxiety and not waiting on the right time to live; instead, seizing the moment --at the moment!
⚠️ Possible Trigger Warning : As this episode touches on Mental Illness (depression and anxiety). Listener discretion is advised.
