Spinning the Reel

At last Zach Snyder's cut of Justice League has arrived and Evan has been forced to watch it. The boys dive into all four hours of Zach Snyder's 4:3 vision. We talk mother boxes, sesame seeds, super flannels and so much more. After that it's a roundup of the state of movie theaters as they reopen across America. We close this week by reading some listener reviews.

Evan's deep dive into the big 6 categories.

Finally, now that it's over, the boys have a definitive discussion about where Marvel went wrong with WandaVision.

Oscars season is on the horizon so the boys (really Cody) are playing catch up with this week's double feature. First up is Minari, where the boys dig into the idea of the American Dream on screen. Next, Cody has once again crafted a quiz of sorts he is calling the 5-Course game. Before we hit the road, we take a look at Nomadland and the incomparable Frances McDormand. See you all down the road.

Join us next week for a discussion of our Raya and the Last Dragon watch party as well as the first of two Oscar preview episodes.
