The process of this book revealed to me the connection of cyclical thinking with the number 7. Throughout mythologies, religions, cosmologies, and science, the number seven clearly represents the journey from seed, expansion, and back to transformation.

This time is all about getting clear on our discipline, discernment, and boundaries for the sake of keeping our channel clear for divine expression. We can only operate from our highest place when we aren't being depleted - and only we can set the boundaries on that which does so. 
It's supportive to create a safe space for playful exploration where these blocks can arise and be worked with. So line up your stuffed animals on your bed and put on a show.

The most important shift of the chakric journey is that from the solar plexus to the heart; the lower chakras to the higher. When the double helix's wave begins to come back in on itself - towards unity. 
I feel we entered the heart chakra energies on May 1 - Beltane. This solar plexus time was a very confronting energy and moving into the heart is allowing us to integrate what has come up in a centered way. Seeing past differences. 
Grounding into our ability to expand our sense of altruism. Bringing conscious awareness into our inner dialogue so we may face that which secretly controls our disposition - keeping us in delusion!

Along this mapping of chakric energies through the equinox and solstice rounds, we have clearly entered the solar plexus. We entered around April 8 for the solar eclipse and it feels like something majorly shifted in the collective. 
After sharing a bit about my experience at the Texas Eclipse gathering, we dive into the third chapter of my book, That's Just Reality, which explored the power of language. 
The culture and language filter of Reality makes up who we "reason ourselves to be"; our sense of self and positioning in this world. 
So how do we use language? Is it a crutch we unconsciously depend on to make sense of the world? Or do we weave with it consciously to create our reality?

The message to alchemize the enemy and transmute conflict into care, brings us to the importance of looking to & supporting indigenous wisdom to lead this revolution. The archaic revival guides us to strengthen the ancients to bring in this "new earth".

Welcome to the first episode of season three +.* 
In this episode, I begin a new series of going through the chapters in my book, That's Just Reality. I feel it is the perfect time to begin this series as I will be aligning the 7 chapters with this current cycle we are traversing along the equinox and solstice points.
These first two foundational chapters remind us of the importance of curiosity, awe, and wonder in order to stay open to the world. There are three main filters which keep us from experiencing Reality in itself.  Time+space, our given sense receptors, and finally our rational mind. 
By beginning to become aware of that which we can work on, our own mind, the rest begins to expand in a way we didn't think possible...
