This involves empowering those who are grieving to cultivate creative and spiritual means of continuing their relationship with their loved ones, rather than adhering to the persistent and damaging societal narrative of “moving on.” She shares a powerful dream that introduced her to one of her spirit guides, and pointed her to deep healing work within multiple layers of her life and experiences.
