Spirit of Truth/The Bible on Trial

Alternate Reality~ How does a person know if they are in a dream or in reality? We all know that dreams can feel extremely real, so much so that waking form a particularly vivid dream can create confusion as you transition from the dream to the reality of your bedroom. There is a phenominon called the Mandela Effect, which is a phenomenon that makes us question even the most mundane memories from the past. For example, you might remember a phrase from a favorite movie that when you watched that movie years later a phrase has changed by a word or two, and you feel confused because you remember it a different way. The Mandela Effect is not limited to just a few people with an alternate memory, but cuts across millions of people in hundreds of very minor situations where the difference is one word. I remember watching Forrest Gump for the first time and hearing Tom Hanks say, "Life is like a box of Chocolates". But is you listen closely today you will hear him say, "Life WAS like a box of Chocolates".  What changed? Up until the Election of 2016 time lines were being changed on a regular basis, as Satan an his minions were trying to force the prophecies of Revelation on to those of the Death Road, where Satan believed he could eventually win the day, and force God to cede him the permanent rulership of the earth and its inhabitants. But there came a time when God said 'Enought is enough', and the people of the USA and indeed the world chose good over evil and right over wrong. When this happened the option for a different reality was opened that is seen in Revelation 10 in the prophecy of the Seven Thunders, and in Daniel 2, and the world changed from the timeline of the Death Road, onto the timeline of the Life Road. We are right now seeing the reality of the death throws of the Kingdom of the World, as we prepare for the transition to the Kingdom of God. Nothing can stop it!

Accepting Truth~ Why is it so difficult for some people to believe truthful ideas and concepts? After all, does anyone come right out and say that they want nothing to do with truth, and that they would rather believe a lie because it will make their lives better? This seems ludicrous on it's face, but when you look at the world through the lens of social media, main stream media, and 'liberal' idealism you see that the love of truth for it's own sake has grown cold in society. The idea of a 'Liberal Arts' education has changed over the past 50 or so years from learning as much as you can about a subject before expressing an opinion about it, reading and exploring ideas that are not your own and then feeling as if you must embrace them just because they exist, to the idea that if you hear ideas from someone or something you believe you should trust you must establish them in your mind as truth without concrete proof to back them up. Doing this allows a person to believe a lie as if it is true, and then claiming that you are not responsible for that content in your mind. The concept of 'Liberal thought' has changed dramatically from being willing to listen to the point of view of others, apply logical process to what you have heard, and then establish a base line of practice that demonstrates the workability and worthyness of that concept in real life, to blind acceptance of what someone has espoused as truth simply based on the authority granted to them by some academic or religious certification that automatically makes these people superior to your own knowledge base. The idea of thinking for ourselves has lost it's luster in the face of the pressure to fit in to society. Truth is not conjecture or wishful thinking. Truth simply IS! Learning how salvation really works requires stepping away from the crowd and making a choice to follow the path to Truth through the words of Jesus!

Honesty~ "When a person who is honestly mistaken hears the truth, they will either quit being mistaken or cease being honest". ~ Richard Humpal, J.D. We have all made mistakes. Well, you say, 'No Kidding'!  Alexander Pope said, "To err is human, to forgive is divine". This intimates that as humans we simply cannot keep from making a mistake from time to time, and need to be able to forgive self, even as we forgive others. This idea in one sense is true. Humans learn how not to do something detrimental to their existance by recovering from that particular mistake and learing to not do that same mistake again. If you make a mistake once, say you have learned from it, and then do it again, it now becomes a choice. Dealing with truth in this environment requires the application of a very difficult concept to aquire, and that is Self-Honesty! Conflating self-honesty with dealing honestly with others is easy by comparison to learning to be truly honest with yourself. One is an exterior identity, where you would never think to harm another human being, especially someone you know and love, by lying to them for personal gain. This is admirable, and necessary to the growth of any friendship. But it is an entirely different senario when it is only yourself that would be affected by that same 'stretching of the truth'.  We like to think of ourselves as being better in truth than we really are, because then we don't have to admit we don't have all truth, That fallibility exposes the warts and blemishes of our understanding, and it hurts. It is easier to be forgiven by others than to forgive ourselves, especially when we know we are going to do 'it' again and again. Growth in the Spirit of Truth comes from seeing the flaws ourselves, admitting it, and not make that same mistake again by believing lies as truth. This self-honesty is the key to the Kingdom.

Tracking~ "Riding the rails" is now pretty much a thing of the past. I am not talking about commuter trains that carry harried passengers to their places of work and back again. I speaking of (say) needing to go to New York or Chicago from Los Angeles, and going to Grand Central Station in LA, climbing aboard the Skylark to Chicago, and spending 4 -5 days sleeping in a 'sleeper' compartment, eating in the Dining Car, and watching the country go by from the glass encased Observation car. This is an experience of which few people today have any knowledge. But in the 'age of the train' prior to mass air travel this was the way you would have traveled long distances. It took time to get there, wherever 'there' was. There was no hurrying it up, no trying to push the envelope to add speed to the situation. You simply got on board and got there when you got there. The tracks, switches, bridges, tunnels, engineers, porters, and ticket agents (and a lot more) got you from point A to B, and if you changed your mind in the middle of the trip you had to wait until the train made a scheduled stop along the way, and got off the train. If you were on the train you when where the train took you, whatever the destination. Many people live their spiritual lives as if they are on a train going down the tracks. (In fact, there is a gospel song about this very thing.) The passengers don't really know where they are going, they just know that their family and friends, and other Christians are on the train, so it must be going where they want to go, to the Kingdom of God, and heaven. But what if that train is not going where they think it is going? What if the tracks end taking the train into a chasm that leads to destruction? What if you were told this would happen? Would you get off the train, or would you stay to the bitter end? This is a real choice in the spiritual world of today.

Chronic Fear~ We all experience fear from time to time; fear of losing the car keys, or the fear that comes from being in public with your small child, and turning around and ot spotting them where they should have been, because they have wandered away from your side. When you find your keys in the last place you left them, or look and see your child looking at a toy in a store window, you experience a palpable relief that all is now well, again. We also experience that niggling fear that 'something is just about to happen', a precience that an event of issue is about to arise that will disturbe the natural order of things in you life. And when that event does not happen (as is mostly the case) you sigh and realise that fear was nothing but an illusion. There is also a type of fear that is pervasive and all consuming, that adversly affects your 'space/time continuum",  occupying not only space in your mind, but also all of your time in worrying about it. This chronic fear can be as debilitating as a broken bone, and as invasive as a heart attack. When this kind of fear takes over your life nothing else matters, and everthing you experience is informed by that fear. This is the world we now live in ,with Covid and the Big Government propoganda and fear mongering that is being spewed forth in the MSM that causes us to fear for our lives every second of every day. The Deep State actors need us to live in fear so we will become compliant and get used to doing everything they say when they say it. This is the fear that is expressed in much of the prophecy of Revelation, and feeds this societal fear of impending doom, if we do not comply. Take heart, because there is an antidote to fear, and that is truth. Truth casts out fear. "Therefore do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known." Matt. 10:26.

Today is a Best Of program first broadcast on August 13, 2021. It is the first program that presents the concept that the world is now no longer in the Death Road prophetic timeline that is defined in most of the book of Revelation, and due to the choices that America, and indeed the world, made in November 2016, we now find ourselves in a new prophetic reality that is seen in Revelation 10, and in Daniel 2. This reality is termed the Life Road reality by Rick. Today's program is the start of a series of programs that has continued since then, that show how this has taken place, and what it means for the world going forward. Tipping Point~ As events progress along in life there comes along, from time to time, situations that are termed 'tipping points'. This is a decision point that will affect everything down stream in either a positive or negative way: it changes everything.  Many times these events are personal, in that this decision does not affect many, if any, other people in your life, except maybe how your friends and family view who you are. You make a decision, and then you and your family and friends adjust reasonably quickly to the outcome. For example, this might be a change of major in college, or changing jobs, or making an important career move. After this decision you might even say to yourself, "What took me so long to do this", move=ing on with your new life, but having little or no affect on anyonte else. Then there are Tipping Points that are world changing, such as the point in 2016 where the USA and the world affecte a massive tipping point by deciding to elect Donald Trump as President of the United States. This Changed Everything! This event put America, and indeed the world, on a different path than the one that had been planned for decades, where the 16 year plan that began with Obama, would end with the election of Hillary Clinton, and then the world would be thrust into a time of trouble that would end with a One World Government, as seen in much of the prophecies in Revelation. But the outcome of the decision in the election of 2016 changed this dynamic from the prophecies of the Death Road, to the Prophecies of the Life Road as seen in Revelation 10. We have not only reach a massive Tipping Point, but we are well and long past it. The outcome has now been fixed in time, and we can never go back to that other more desperate and horrible time line where the Death Road prophecies would be fulfilled. That time is past, and we are headed firmly in a bright future of peace.
