Crazy~ How can you have peace in your heart during a time such as this? When you hear a world leader threaten the people for whom he is responsible with dire consequences if they don't toe the line he has drawn in the sand, you know that the world has gone crazy. Given what we have seen last night from the floor of the Senate, it is evident that our country (USA) is now more politically (and in every other way) more divided than it has ever been. Half of the people in that room were on their feet in support of a 'president' that single handedly threatened to change the entire political landscape of the country from being able to choose our own destiny to choosing to be under the thumb of a dictatorial system where if you don't toe the line you will be crushed. all in the name of 'Democracy'. But take heart my friends; this is evidence that we are in the very last days of the rule of Satan on this earth. The realization that he (Satan) has lost not only the final battle, but the entire wark, has made him furious, and he and his servants will do anything, and say anything to try to maintain a level of control over the people of the earth that they have already permanently lost. Stay tunes to the Spirit of Truth Ministry's podcasts each Friday and Saturday, where Rick and staff show that where and when we are in time is right where we need to be. "Truth is singular and absolute." This means that there are no "shades of grey" with respect to the operation of truth in both the spiritual and physical world. This is a difficult concept to apply in everyday life, because we as a society have become inurred to the facts that support this concept; many don't believe these facts because we have been fed lies about the concept of Truth, that make us believe that it a purely personal issue. Truth is NOT personal, it is ubiquitous in that it doesn't care if you believe it or not, it simply is what it is! Math, the Scientific Method, biology of the sexes, light as both particle and wave form, the planets as spheres, ad infinitum, demonstrate every day that people can believe whatever they want, and it doesn't change the application of truth in the world.  The same is true when dealing with the spiritual instructions found in the Bible. Both Truth and Lies exist inside the Bible, ref, Matt. 13:24-30, The Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds. Christians must believe that the Bible is the inerrant, inspired word of God from cover to cover, because to not do so opens the way for a person to have to DECIDE what is true and what isn't. This is an intollerable situation for Christians, because they want a 'simple faith' that says that they are saved in spite of their sin, even though Jesus never taught that concept.  The Truth of what Jesus said to His own eyewitness disciples is supplanted by the words of an 'apostle' to the Gentiles that has changed everything about salvation  and eternal life. Having to choose to believe the words of Jesus over any other words makes this 'other' salvation impossible.  You can find Truth ONLY in the Law, the Prophets, and the words of Jesus. When you learn THOSE words and compare everthing else to them the LIES taught as Truth are revealed in stark relief.

Yesterday there were wide spread internet and cellular outages across the nation, and even throughout the world. Spirit of Truth Ministry was caught up in this outage, in that the internet side worked well, but contact by cellular service did not work. Was this planned, or was this simply the result of, say, a solar flare? No one knows. We do know that 'things' are starting to "pop" with respect to issues in the financial and political worlds, and are also being generated in the tech world, as well.  Spirit of Truth Ministry is 'on top' of these issues, as you hear on a weekly basis on our podcasts. Spiritual identities in the this world are changing. People recognise that what we are as a society is going to have to change radically if we as a world are going to move to higher level of understanding of Truth. Listen today, February 24, 2024 at 10AM PST to our podcast The Revelation of Jesus with Rick Sterling, where you will be able to get up to speed in how to understand how to find the Truth through the words of Jesus that He gave to His own eyewitness disciples, on: blogtalkradio.com/sot.

Join Spirit of Truth Ministry today February 17, 2024 at 10AM PST for our podcast The Revelation of Jesus with Rick Sterling. On this podcast you will learn the difference between what Jesus taught to His own eyewitness disciples while He was here on earth, and what the Christian church teaches as the truth about salvation, prophecy, and the Kingdom of Heaven. Knowing what Jesus said about these things can quite literally save your life for eternity.  You can find our podcast at: blogtalkradio.com/sot.

Amen~ My uncle, Paul Campbell, was truly a Renaissance man. He was a business man, a Professor of Semantics in collage, a property investor, vocal coach, and a church Pastor, among many other things. At family dinners after church I loved to sit down in the living room at my house and listen to the discussions between the 'adults' over topics that were 'verboten' at the dinner table, most notably poltics and religion. Everyone was invited including the young people, although most of the time the kids would go outside to play. On the times that I did attend these discussion the one thing that I was most impressed with was the fact that most times these discussions were temperate in nature, where opinions could expressed without rancor. My have times changed. I distinctly remember one such occasion when the discussion revolved aroound the sermon that Uncle Paul had preached that day, about prayer.  I was too young to be fully aware of what he had said in this sermon, as my siblings (two boys and two girks in total) and I were corraled by our parents in our regular pew and kept busy with coloring books and children's stories in the "Little Friend". But I do remember one thing that Uncle Paul said that has stuck with me ever after, and that I discussed with him later, when I started taking voice lessons from him. He said that prayer must be active, not passive, and when you finish a prayer with the word "Amen" you are actually making a wish, and then moving toward your wish. Amen is an active verb, not passive. Our lives in this modern era are complicated with a myriad of issues that can distract us from accomplishing the things that need to be important to us, such as finding Truth. When we pray and say "Amen", and than don't actively move toward that which we prayed, then we have squandered and opportunity to allow God to move us toward a Truth that is singular and absolute.
