The world is about to change, and not just a little bit. The political, monitary, social, and spiritual systems of the world are just about ready to move from the status quo to a new and better system where Satan will no longer control the operational identity of governments and peoples. Those of you that listen regularly to the Spirit of Truth Ministry podcasts will already know that the world is moving toward a different system of governance because the people are now learning that they have been decieved by the 'powers-that-be', and are no longer willing to put up with the way things have been done for centuries. Currencies, political control of the masses, religions, and every other aspect of life here on earth are just about to be changed through different types of thought and action, financial, economic and spiritual truths will open the world to a new birth of freedom and opportunity not seen on earth since the beginning. Our podcasts will help you prepare for these changes. The Storm is Almost Over~ The West Coast, especially Sourthern California, is experiencing two major storms, enhanced by the Pinapple Express, that is bringing heavy moisture from the South via an atmospheric river, that combined with storms from the North will dump as much as 6 inches of rain over a wide area, and will include snow in our local mountains above 5,000 feet. The weather reporters are warning of wide spread flooding in our foothills and burn areas. The East coast, and the mid-West have already been inundated with heavy weather, and now it is our turn.  Weather syetems such as these are infrequent here in SoCal, but happen often enough that residents must take special care in preparing for the water surge, both along the coasts, and in our foothill and mountain areas. As a side note, Southern California drivers are notoriously bad at driving in wet and snow conditions, and it is better to just stay home, rather than risk life and limb on the roads. The predicted 'Storms' of prophecies in Revelation that describe death and destruction in a world wide holocost of blood and mayhem are still being looked for by millions of Christians, that believe that the world is heading for a Time of Trouble such as has never been in the history of the world. They speak of a time when the 'faithful' are being killed right and left for their 'faith', and where Satan will rule the world openly and demand that eveyone take 'the mark' as a way to avoid being killed. These sincere people don't realize that the time for this to occur has already come, and gone, and will NEVER happen. If you have been listening to our programs you already know this, and you know why. If you know the Truth, you will have not reason to worry about the outcome of events that are even now taking place. Stay with us for the next few weeks as we continue to reveal the Truth about the Life Road prophecies.

Hope vs. Opportunity~ "I hope things get better for you." This type of expression is often used to try to mitigate or soften the responce of a family member or friend during a particuarly tough time in their lives. We have all heard this sentiment from our own friends or family when bad things have happened to us that cause us to loose hope. My wife and I just went through a very tough time in having to put a beloved family pet to sleep. Maggie, our min-pin, was mostly blind, half deaf, had conjestive heart failure, and collapsing trachea, a condition that makes breathing very difficult particularly for small dogs. The treatment at the end finally became less and less effective, until we had to make the hard decision to take her to the Humane Society and put her down.  Hoping for a positive resolution became counter-productive, and we had to say goodby to our precious pet. Yet in every difficult problem come with it an opportunity to do the right thing, take the hard road, and accomplish for ourselves and others something that has lasting benefit. Maggie had a wonderful last week of her life. She was not yet in pain, and it was our responsibility to see to it that she did not have any suffering. This was an opportunity to do the right thing for the right reasons, and was in the end a benefit to our dog, and to us. When faced with an opportunity to look at what you believe to be true about salvation and eternal life to assess whether that belief is based in fact, or not, is always a 'hard thing'. It requires a self-honesty that goes far beyond just living a 'good' life, to finding out whether what you believe is actually true, or not.  Hope plays no part in the process of finding Truth. Truth is singular and absolute, and is what you need to KNOW whether you are in the Kingdom of God, and have gained eternal life. Choose life by choosing Truth!

Spirit of Truth Ministry offers a unique and xompelling view of how Truth works, not only in the spiritual sense, where our eternal reward is based on the knowledge, understanding and actions of keeping the commandments of God, and holding to the testimony of Jesus (Rev.12:17), but also that Jesus said,  "Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done." (Rev 22:12). For most, the idea that Jesus is actually "Coming qiuicky" is not a pressing issue, because He has been "Coming Quickly" for over 2,000 years. What IS a pressing issue is that He is bringing His reward with Him, and that reward is based on the actions and activity of what that individual has done. Oh My God, that means "Works". We have been taught that the ideas of working for your eternal life by learning and practicing the Truth is no longer part of the plan, because "Salvation by faith through Grace" has taken over from having to DO ANYTHING in order to achieve salvation.  If that concept is true (according to Paul) then Jesus was a liar when He brought the message of the Truth from God the Father to earth, and gave that Truth to His own eyewitness disciples. Truth has become more difficult to descipher in the spiritual realm because the Christian Church has taught lies instead of the Truth about how salvation and eternal life work. Two Roads CONVERGED in a Yellow Wood . . . Robert Frost's poem about Two Roads is one of the great poems of the 20th Century. The word that I subsituted was DIVEREGED. The prophetic roads of which Rick Sterling has been speaking low these past three years of so are the Death Road and Life Road prophetic roads that are detailed in the end time prophecies of Daniel and Revelation. These two roads have been moving along side by side since God gave them to Daniel and John. One is a path of death and destruction where God does NOT have a Kingdom on earth that does battle with Satan, so Satan has his way with the world during the 7 Trumpets, and then culminates in the punishments of the 7 Bowls of Wrath, after which the Kingdom of God is reestablished on earth.  The other road is a Life Road, where God brings forth on the earth a Faithful and Wise Bondservant, that in the feeding of his fellow servants brings forth the Kingdom of God on the earth, whereby the events of the Death Road do not occur, and the Kingdom of God is established and Satan is defeated without the world having to go throught the pain an suffering of the other path. Even though there is strife, war, and political upheaval in this world, these things are NOT the events that are listed in Revelation 13 and on, because those events would have alread occurred on the other (Death Road) time line, and will now never occur. The reason for this is simple, and it is because God right now, today, HAS a Kingdom of this earth, and THAT Kingdom (Little Stone) will strike the Image (Satan's kingdom on the earth) at it's feet, and utterly destroy that Kingdom forever, and this Kingdom of God will grow to fill the whole earth (Daniel 2). Join Spirit of Truth Ministry today January 13, 2024 at 10AM PST for our 30th Anniversary podcast. We will go 'back in time' to recall our beginnings, our present and our future in the Kingdom of God! Our Blog Talk Radio station: blogtalkradio.com/sot.

Where has the time gone? Thrity years ago Rick Sterling started a church Bible study class, that met in the kitchen of our church, because every other available space was already occupied. Because of his independent study Rick thought that he would have enough new material (that was totally different than what was being taught you our church at the time) to last maybe three to six months, and then he would be done. The reception of the church leadership to this new class was  benign at first. But because of the quality of the content, the class grew until the kitchen was full to overflowing with people that had initially come just to 'test the waters', and stayed because they were being fed spiritual food that was not only different than what was being presented at the church at large, but was a totally different way of looking at how Scripture could (and should) be understood, in light of the words that Jesus spoke, as opposed to what others in the Bible said was truth. The interviening years have been filled with both abject rejection of this content by the church leadership, the very people that say that have all the truth 'fit to print'; and acceptance by by people that came to the class with open minds and hearts, and learned a "Truth" that moved counter to what was being taught from the pulpit. Rick, and members of the different kind of Sabbath-school class, were eventually asked to leave, and no longer hold the class on church property, because what was being taught in the class was showing that what was being taught at church by the pastors and lay leaders was NOT the Truth, after all. Thirty years later this class is now named Spirit of Truth Ministry, with weekly podcasts The Bible on Trial, and The Revelation of Jesus, that is heard on Blog Talk Radio all over the world.
