Meet Jennifer WonJoo Yim and Joe Arakawa, the talented creators behind the Korean-inspired cocktail pop-up Spirit & Seoul, based out of Las Vegas, NV. My introduction to their pop-up was originally in New York earlier this year at the Bar Convent Brooklyn. I was fascinated by their story and their distinctive approach to cocktails, rich in culture and experimental.

When I discovered they’d be at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans, I knew it was the perfect chance to reconnect—this time, for a deeper conversation about their craft and their journey.
