The prophetic role of the Church is at the heart of Her existence.  Following the call of the prophet Ezekiel we learn about the purpose of the Church.

St. Paul reminds us that we are to "walk by faith and not by sight".  Why then do we keep trying to "walk by sight, and not by faith?"

I find it interesting that every year on this Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity I have less and less to say about the mystery of God.  And yet this does not bother me at all.

Part of our freedom in being followers of Jesus is in remembering to "mind our own business", and not to worry about those things that belong to God and are not ours to know or understand.  In this reflection we look at that which is our business, namely, the job given to us by Jesus prior to his ascension.
