Spiritual Gangsta

It’s cool and trendy to be spiritual now. But I heard somebody say social media has made us fake it with ourselves. So I’ve been off. Trying to figure out who I really am. Are relationships for me or am I for relationships ? Hmm 🧐

Once you start really exercising that throat chakra, you won’t really stop. I haven’t stopped speaking up for myself no matter who was uncomfortable or didn’t like it because nobody is going to cross my boundaries without my permission 🗣 ever again!!!!

I’ve figured it out ! Life is nothing but a boxing 🥊 match. God Made Michael B Jordan in his/HER image...beautiful and Melanated 🍫......i digress! Anyway ... are you going training for the big match or are you tapping out in practice mode??? 😵

In life we have a habit of making crutches or addictions that are technically unhealthy practices normalized due to the way we process our daily struggles. If we normalize and prioritize exercise and self care the way we do work and screen time, these vices wouldn’t be necessary
