In this episode we discuss our personal experiences and conversations with those around us in order to process through having anxiety and/or depression. Navigating these heavy weights that so many of us walk around with all of the time is difficult, so we hope this conversation is an encouragement and hopeful for you this week. 

In this episode we started "Hat Topics". This is where we put different topic ideas into a hat and draw one out randomly at the beginning of the episode and then talk about it in real time. For the first "Hat Topics" we drew out Change and discussed what Change means for us as humans and as Christ-followers. I truly hope this encourages and inspires you this week. 

In this week's episode Haley and I talk through some truths that we have seen in the familiar scripture of Psalms 23. This is a powerful powerful passage if we choose to see what God is calling us into from it. We can be both challenged and encouraged from the words David writes from the depths of his soul that transcends millennia to our souls today. 

In this episode we discuss the concept of personal growth. What are we doing in order to grow? We need to begin in a place of contentment with God and with ourselves, and out of that contentment we strive to become like Jesus. 

In this episode we discuss where we are on our journey of contentment. This is something both Haley and I are striving to learn in order to become more like Jesus, but it is not easy, and we do not have all the answers. Where are you with your contentment? 

In our first episode we discuss perspective. The difference between a human perspective and a heavenly perspective is something we have to battle. It is not easy, but we need to see things through God's vantage point as much as we humanly can. We would love to hear your thoughts on this topic as you process this as well.
