This Full Moon is a perfect way to cleanse thoughts, feelings, and intentions that do not serve a positive purpose in your life. The light the full moon illuminates what is interfering with your spiritual advancement and helps clear it away. To clarify, negative spiritual energy rests within us or in our space. This is is that “bad” or “off” feeling we sometimes get that is almost unexplainable. A great way to rid yourself and your space of this ugly feeling is to cleanse. This type of cleansing involves using cleansing-type energy to balance and renew.

Take this time to smudge you and your space to remove unwanted energies. The term smudging refers to burning herbs and plants. The idea is that the smoke from the herbs and plants attaches itself to negative energy. As the smoke clears it takes the negative energy with it, releasing it into another space where it will be regenerated into positive energy.

How To Smudge

First, choose which herb or plant you want to burn. Sage, palo santo, lavender, and rosemary are most commonly used for smudging. Next, lite an end on fire of your chosen herb. Let it smoke while either surrounding yourself with the smoke or letting the smoke drift into every nook and cranny of the space you are cleansing. Allow the herb or plant to smoke out on its own. Once it has accomplished its intended task the smoke will cease on its own.

Sage clears all energy, negative and positive, which creates a clean slate to fill with positive energy and intentions.

Palo Santo is wonderful for purifying and bringing in positive thoughts, energies, and intentions. Tip: Perfect to use to renew positivity after a sage cleansing.

Lavender is best used for psychic protection, happiness, healing, and tranquility.

Rosemary is a powerful cleanser for your home and aura.

Estelle from Our Connected Souls and Tannis from The Zen Hut sit down to take in the knowledge and share some stories that David has for us with a live channelled message and shares how everything started from the beginning at

the age of 10 years old, he had a near-death experience after he was thrown into a wall, hitting his head. Badly injured, David needed 144 stitches, but the experience triggered what he believes was a pre-birth memory of being star consciousness. David remembers talking to a male (godlike) voice where he showed David the life he was about to live. At first, David was unsure what to make of the vision but it gave him the strong foundation of believing in more than a one life belief system to having a deeper understanding of living multiple lives and how consciousness can be, in the afterlife.

This childhood experience encouraged David to explore his spiritual side and from the age of 17 onward, he started interacting with various angelic and galactic beings who have assisted him with visions and guidance throughout his life.

David, who lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, hasn’t always worked as a consciousness trainer. He built a successful career running a demolition business before he decided to give it all up to follow his heart and create a career which allowed him to use his spiritual gifts.
