How then shall we live?!  The book of Proverbs is an excellent book to study for life wisdom.  The timeless principles, the heed, and warnings are unmatched. The range of topics discussed should makes this book a must study, and apply for everyone.  "A wise man [and woman] will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel..." Proverbs 1:5 NASB1995.  Please remember that "life needs a dose of Christ".  

In this episode I reflect on my personal experience of attending a summer church convention known as A.I.M. (Auxiliaries In Ministry).  I get personal in sharing how God answered prayers that I have been praying for at least 15 years, among other things.  I pray that you will enjoy this episode of self reflection.

Well into the month of June we are continuing with the "Mind Your Mental Health" series, I had the opportunity of interviewing Katee Capeto, LCSW in this episode.  We discussed the importance of one's mental health, from young children up to adults.  We also discussed her time at the county jail and her efforts to bring about change in the mental health department during her tenure there.  We also talked about the importance of weighted blankets for those who are experiencing crisis, as well as the importance of listening to people as they speak to us. Continuing with the "Mind Your Mental Health" series, I had the expressed pleasure of interviewing Aristide (Jordan) Soume-BI who is a Substance Use/Abuse Counselor at a Private Residential Treatment Facility as well as Marina Atilano who is a Psychiatric PA.  We discussed the importance of reaching out for mental health services, as well as the connection between mental health and substance abuse.  This episode brought out some truths that all need to know and share.
