9.  We live in a time of great awakening. There’s a change of frequency of the planet as we move from the third dimension to the fifth dimension. Individually, we must raise our frequency to open to the collective consciousness. So, be willing, ready and able to step up and carry this higher vibration.
10. The new global frequency is love. If you can’t find love, find appreciation. That alone is transformative.
11. Nothing is going without examination; there's a stripping of innocence. We need to look outside ourselves objectively to become aware.
