Thereafter, listeners are guided through a basic but effective 10-minute charkra alignment meditation to move energy housed in our second major energy centre to the sixth major and very potent energy centre linked directly to the pineal gland. Moving energy up gets right to the heart of the matter - the heart chakra, a bridge between the the lower three major energy centres to the chakras of spirit, the upper three major energy centres.
