For so many of us, God and religion can be difficult, even triggering topics. 

In this episode, we chat with facilitator and experience designer Aaron Densham about how we can utilise the powerful lessons and rituals within religion, without the dogma so often associated with it. 

We also look at how we can tap into our innate human potential via self-exploration, inquiry and curiosity, as well as asking what spirituality looks like in the 21st Century - particularly in the Western World.
