It's time to rethink what prayer is and how it is conducted. Why are some prayers unanswered and how can we have a more powerful prayer life?

Who is God outside of what religion has informed us? Can we receive Gods Word, guidance, and revelation outside of scripture? Can the ideas, and concepts of God be understood without religious language and iconography?

The Christian church has responded to the Coronavirus pandemic in various ways. Rev. Tony Spell suggested that true Christinas don't mind dying while Kenneth Copeland has claimed to have destroyed the Coronavirus through prayer and the utilization of the "Breathe of God." Some Church leaders see COVID-19 as a weapon used by Satan in spiritual warfare against the Church, others say it's the wrath of God released on a wickedly sinful people. These reasons have resulted in Church buildings being filled along with hospitals across the country. What is the correct spiritual response during this time when Spiritual support and hope is needed but going to Church could end up being fatal?

What we know about God can be attributed to what we have been told about God, but what can we say we know beyond the theology given to us by others? Knowing God is not like knowing a person or any other material object. When coming to know God a different understanding, perspective and expectation must also come into play. Truly knowing God goes beyond what we claim to know. If we don't attach a mysteriousness to our knowing we remain in the dark.

During a stay home order from the Baton Rouge officials Rev. Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church held church services drawing 1,800 people for the purpose of giving them hope. Currently in America there are mixed feelings to the American peoples response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are instructed to stay at home and away from church, jobs and other large gathering places. But what should the spiritual response be at this time? What hope does the spiritual community have and does it rest in the church?

It is said that God operates in seasons. We are told that we are blessed in seasons and receive our healing, financial, and spiritual provisions during these seasons of blessings. I would like to challenge that philosophy and consider seasons of blessings in a much broader way.

We have all has big ideas. They inspire us to be greater. They motivate us to take on the impossible. We explore them with our imagination and marvel at the possibilities of what could be if they are put to use. Yet they exist to do more than entertain our imagination, and grant us wealth and notoriety.

Vision is necessary, it’s the only way amazing things are accomplished. We all have a God Given Vision - it’s the future self you see in that place of great success. One thing that is common amongst the human experience is that we all hate suffering. We tend to view it strictly as a form of punishment and condemnation. Anyone that we see in a condition of suffering we instantly feel compelled to do something about it. We have a desire to help free them from the grip of suffering in any way we can. But there is relevance in suffering and we should be open to the experience instead of living a life trying to avoid it.

Chasing money may seem like a positive and necessary activity but it’s actually a distraction. Money can make some things happen, but it can't make all things possible. It will give you access to possessions, but it has nothing on the keys to the door of opportunity. Success is not contingent on money; success is a result of you taking advantage of the right opportunities.
